Make a Reservation

CHECK-IN: 4pm CHECK-OUT: 11am

Based on availability we may be able, with at least 24 hours notice, to accommodate early check-in of 2pm, or late check-out of 1pm. We charge $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out. Please let us know when booking if you would like to add this to your reservation and we will accommodate you if we are able.

CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Guest receives 97% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

*PLEASE NOTE that the cancellation policy applies to reservation date changes. As a small business we cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason, and highly recommend adding the optional cancellation protection insurance through RentalGuardian available when booking on our website to protect your reservation to be up to 100% refundable (more details are available during the checkout process - please be sure to carefully review the coverage details for the policy you select).
